OUR APPROACH
Toronto Ward 14 · Toronto–Danforth elects one councillor on October 26, 2026. This site exists so residents can read what every candidate says, in the candidate's own words, against the same questions.
Every candidate receives the same 20 quick questions, one short answer each, and the same 20 optional deeper questions on the same topics, with the same publication rules.
Answers are published exactly as submitted, attributed to the candidate. This site does not endorse, rank, score or recommend a vote.
Policy answers are structured as approach, cost, trade-offs, authority and timeline so residents can compare like with like. Leadership answers ask for real examples, not self-ratings.
Several questions ask what is actually within a city councillor’s authority. Residents deserve to know the difference between a promise and a wish.
Every published answer is available as data.json with stable candidate and question IDs and the questionnaire version, so any later analysis can point back to the original words.
