What is one issue where you changed your mind?
Longer version: L02 · Give us an example of an important issue where someone persuaded you that you were wrong. What changed your mind?
I have learned to be a flexible leader. My role has always involved me being an advocate. I represent others opinions and through collaboration and listening, I have not faced an opportunity where I held a belief on an issue that required changing my mind.
I initially focused on getting more housing built faster. Learning about local industries, including film production, showed me why balance matters. I now favour accelerating affordable housing through non-profit partnerships while protecting the workplaces and jobs our community depends on.
